Once shipped, the transit time is 4 to 8 business days. Therefore, the total delivery time from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door is between 5 and 11 business days. Return & Refund Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their exact original condition with all tags attached. If an item is damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs; for preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, approved refunds are securely processed via direct bank or mobile transfer within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item.
