How Cash on Delivery (COD) Works

  2. Order Verification: Once your order is placed, our team may reach out via email or phone to quickly verify your delivery details before we process and ship the package.

  3. Pay at Your Doorstep: When your package arrives (within 5 to 11 business days), simply hand the payment to the delivery agent. Please try to have the exact amount ready to make the delivery process as quick as possible!

Currency and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). The total amount you see at checkout is the final price you will pay to the delivery agent. Because we offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders, there are absolutely no hidden delivery fees or extra charges added at the door.

Payment Security

Even though you are paying in cash upon delivery, we still take the security of your personal data very seriously. Our website uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and order information during the checkout process. We never share or sell your details to third parties.

Refunds for COD Orders

Because you are paying in cash upon delivery, we cannot issue refunds back to a credit card. If you decide to return an item within our 30-day return window, our support team will contact you once the returned bag is received and inspected. We will ask for your preferred payment method and issue your approved refund securely via a direct bank transfer or mobile transfer within 7 days.
